Pontes Library
The Pontes Library is an electronic library designed for people with visual impairments in Romania.
Most of the available materials are contributions from library users.
Users can download e-books from various fields (literature, course materials, textbooks, various publications, etc.).
The app provides access to the library for registered users and allows:
- Viewing library content
- Searching by keywords
- Access to various lists:
- Recently added books
- Recently modified books
- Latest authors added
- Most downloaded books
- Most downloaded authors
- Access to your activity history (downloaded books, favorite authors, searches)
- Ability to change your password and personal information associated with your account.
- Management of downloaded files
People with visual impairments can obtain an account by contacting the Pontes organization at secretariat@pontes.ro and providing proof that they belong to this category.
